Though we make every effort to provide you a way to understand all the info required to install our products, ultimately, it is your responsibility to see that the parts will work for your application. We may suggest certain parts for the install you are attempting, or we may provide the instructions in the Tech Tips area, but ultimately, it is your responsibility to fully understand the work involved in the installation of custom Corvette audio parts and accessories. Regrettably, we cannot accept your return for that reason. Though we make every effort to provide you a way to give us all the info regarding your subwoofer, ultimately, it is your responsibility to see that the subwoofer will work for your application. We may suggest certain models that we are aware of for proper fit and airspace, but regarding Corvette boxes, they are typically built to fit a certain area. It is your responsibility to seek out the guidance for the proper subwoofer to fit your new box. I ordered the wrong color, or the carpet is not an EXACT match. Regrettably, we cannot accept your return for that reason. Our online store states when a color is not an exact match. By ordering this color that we provide as a close replica, you accept the fact that the color is not an exact OEM match. We truly understand your frustration in finding an exact match and grain of carpet for the Corvette, as we experience that as well, and that is why we cannot guarantee an exact match for any of our carpet colors. Often, you can send us a small carpet sample after ordering online (please note you are doing this in the comment area), and we will be happy to select a color very close to OEM through our local upholstery shop, or one of our many suppliers. After selecting the color, we will send you a sample, if you so desire, for your approval. Please allow enough time for you to do this in regards to your order. While we don't mind doing this service for you, please understand that this process may delay your shipment by up to several weeks. Ultimately, it's always best to get all the facts before ordering so mistakes can be avoided. Below is a list of instances of when we WILL accept exchanges. EXCHANGE: In the event of an ordering error on the customer's part, we will be glad to exchange the item for a similar item within the 15 day return period. We understand it happens especially when picking out a gift for someone when you aren't quite sure about their vehicle. Differences in pricing between the items will be adjusted according to the items being exchanged and, you, the customer, are responsible for the shipping of the item being returned, and again for the new item being sent out as a replacement. This additional charge MUST be paid for in full before an exchanged item will be sent out. After the 15 day exchange period, we regrettably will not accept any return. RETURNS: They are available only on non-custom items and only within 15 days of receipt of your purchase. After that period, returns for exchange will not be accepted. A 10% restocking fee will be assessed to all authorized returns for exchange. Sorry, but absolutely no unauthorized returns will be given any credit, and no refunds are given for any reason. Items returned without prior authorization will receive no credit whatsoever,and WILL NOT be reshipped back to the customer. Shipping charges for returns are non-refundable. Full exchange credit (less the restocking fee if applicable) will only be given on items that have a copy of the receipt or order number enclosed and returned to us in like-new re-sellable condition--i.e. without screw holes or other such damages or modifications. With regards to custom boxes and amp racks, you should always fit the box to the vehicle before securing your speakers to it, or securing the box or amp rack to the car. Once you put screw holes in it, it becomes a used item and we will not accept it for exchange for any reason. Please contact us if you wish to exchange or return an item. Once you have authorization to return or exchange an item, make sure that you pack it extremely well for shipment. You are the shipper and are solely responsible for the secure shipping of the item being returned. Any damage to items returned to us will be deducted from your credit amount. Items returned to CCA with screw holes or other modifications will be discarded and no credit given. |
